Privacy and cookies

How we handle information you provide, cookies, stored preferences, and website analytics.

Return to your form

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. The expression-of-interest form also asks for your perspective and lets you add an organization name and select areas of interest. Do not include passwords, identity documents, financial details, confidential client information, or incident evidence.

Inquiry handling and retention

The details you submit are stored for handling your inquiry. The website’s cloud hosting service stores and processes these messages, which are not displayed publicly. We keep open inquiries while they are being handled. Closed inquiries are automatically deleted 12 months after they are archived. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Preventing repeated submissions

To reduce repeated or abusive submissions, the website stores a coded identifier derived from your network address. These records are separate from the information in your inquiry. We automatically remove records that are more than 24 hours old.

Unsent form entries

Unsent entries remain in the open page while you change language or read the privacy notice. They are cleared when you reload or close the page.

Cookie policy

We use a language cookie and browser storage to remember your preferences. Cookies are small files stored in your browser; browser storage keeps settings on your device. Optional website analytics are explained below. Choosing Accept or Decline controls these optional measurements. It does not change the separate, cookie-free visitor statistics provided by Lovable.

Cookies and stored preferences

When you select English or Arabic, a cookie remembers your language for up to one year. Your optional analytics choice and its expiry are stored in this browser for 90 days, without a visitor identifier. You can change the analytics choice through Cookie settings or clear saved preferences through your browser settings.

Optional website analytics

Only if you select Accept, CSBG records measurements in the website's own private database: pages viewed, estimated active time (time a page was visible and recently used, which is not a measure of actual reading), how far pages are scrolled, moves between pages and languages, selected links and controls, and form progress such as which fields were completed, validation error types and whether a submission was received.

These measurements do not include what you enter in forms, search terms, names, email addresses, full web addresses or your network address. To limit excessive requests, a short-lived coded identifier derived from the network address is kept apart from these measurements and removed by daily cleanup once it is more than one day old.

Measurement uses a random visit identifier held only in the open tab; it ends when the tab is reloaded or closed, or after 30 minutes of inactivity. Your choice and its 90-day expiry are kept in this browser's storage, which the overall visitor statistics described below do not use.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, optional analytics stay off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie settings in the footer. Turning optional analytics off stops new measurements immediately but does not instantly erase records already received; those records are deleted automatically after 90 days, and only authorized administrators can see combined reports.

Overall visitor statistics

Separately from the optional analytics choice, we use Lovable visitor analytics to understand overall website traffic, pages viewed, visit duration, traffic sources, device categories, and countries. This service does not use cookies or browser storage and does not link separate visits. Lovable processes this information as the website hosting provider. Inquiry submissions are handled separately as described above.

Email and external links

If you contact the group by email, your message is handled through the email services used by you and the recipient. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
